Ordered at around 6pm, was due to be delivered at 7pm. Recieved text at 6.06pm to say it was on the way when it clearly wasn't. By 7.25 it still hadn't been delivered. I rang the shop & was told it's had just left the shop with an after thought sorry. Still not here by 7.55 so called & was told he'd ring the driver. Food turned up a few minutes later. No return call from the shop to apologise etc. Driver handed the food over & asked me to leave a good review!! What a joke! My answer was it was an hour late, do you really expect a good review. He said sorry & made some comment about getting some extra food sent out. So when finally unpacking the food I realised it wasn't warm (no surprise) the pizza was deep pan rather than thin crust & had gone quite dough-ie due to it sat cooling in the box. All in all not a good experience which is a shame as I'd like to have been able to leave a nice review.

We have ordered many times before and it's always been hot and really nice but tonight it was over 30 mins late, cold and wasn't very nice at all. There were items missing. I ordered Fanta lemon and got coke. I ordered coleslaw which didn't arrive at all. Gutted as it was meant to be a nice treat to see the new year in and it wasnt cheap ???? money down the drain!!
